Raegan Shapiro is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She is a Senior at Indiana University, pursuing a B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance, and B.A. in Media (Sports and Social Media). She has recently been named Emerging Choreographer through Natural Movers and Grounded WPB. She has performed in the works of Beatrice Capote, Christian Classans.  While at IU, she has choreographed and presented two full-length concert dance pieces, Radio Man (2024) and Gasp and Burn (2025). In the summer of 2024, Raegan trained at Dance Italia, where she studied under Jamal White, Maya Orchin, and Komoco Dance. In 2024 Raegan was the artistic intern at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida. Raegan actively choreographs and teaches throughout South Florida, where her work with youth has been recognized at numerous dance competitions. Raegan remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance, creating innovative and thought-provoking choreography that challenges both herself and her audiences.
